Resort Fee Submission
The 2% Resort Service Fee within the district applies to the following goods and services:

Lodging Rentals (30 Days or Less)

Food and Beverage Sales

Grocery Sales
-
Clothing, Logo, Accessories, Souvenirs, and Gift Item Sales

Sporting Equipment Sales
-
Beer, Wine, and Liquor Sales
-
Spa Service (Certified Non-Medical)
-
Recreational Activities and Services on land, water, and air
-
Lift Ticket Sales - all Types
-
Sporting Equipment Rentals - All types
-
Event Entrance or Ticket Fees that allow entrance to entertainment

Clothing and Accessory Rentals
The Resort Service Fee is equal to 2% of retail sales value for all goods and services to which the fee applies.

Resort Service Fees may be paid online for free using a credit/debit card or ACH (eCheck) on or before the 20th day of the succeeding month. There is a 2.2% fee to pay with a credit card (free to file with ACH).
Resort Service Fees may also be remitted by mail postmarked on or before the 20th day of the succeeding month and addressed to:

A one-time late fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) shall be assessed for failure to report any Resort Service Fee when required hereunder; and the delinquent Resort Service Fees shall bear interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per calendar month, for any delinquent month (twelve percent (12%) per annum]. Any assessed interest (one percent (1%) per month), shall apply on the first day of the month after which month the payment was due and continue to accrue until full payment of all fees, penalties and interest is made.
