Effective the 1st day of August, 2018, any transient vendor with Snowshoe Mountain, Inc., the resort, (transient vendor is identified as "any person, firm, corporation or association who does not maintain a permanent or semi-permanent business location with the District and is engaged in the sale of goods and/or the provision of services within the District for a period of less than thirty (30) calendar days in any given year regardless of the number of times such entity may be within the District"), shall be subject to a flat fee resort service fee payment based on category, description, and size/space (in lieu of the standard 2% resort service fee resolution adopted on April 27, 2018). Snowshoe Mountain, Inc. shall be responsible to adopt, incorporate and ensure compliance and collection of said fees. See below for the flat rate fees.
