I affirm that I am an owner of the property(ies) listed below and I am authorized to complete this form. The listed property(ies) is/are not rented for any short-term rentals. I agree to contact the Snowshoe Resort District Manager if there is any change of the rental status to any of the properties listed or if I obtain a property and place it in short-term rental.
